The Dav Jones Yoga A.W.A.R.E Mentorship is a movement reset for your entire body. During the course of this 20 week mentorship you’ll learn multiple movement modalities to retrain your body and mind to move pain-free. You’ll master your chosen arm-balance posture/transition, acquire a thorough understanding of movement science, and create a consistent meditation practice to help navigate the complexities of your own mind. With a personalised program suited to your movement/arm balance goals you’ll acquire the knowledge to move pain-free, adapt training methods to meet you where your body is at. This mentorship asks that the practitioner is committed and shows up and does the work. This mentorship is supported along the way by Dav, and you’ll also be a part of a growing mentorship community.

Davin has been teaching yoga internationally since 2013. He has accumulated over 10,000 hours of teaching, hosting classes, workshops and leading teacher training’s in Europe and Asia. His wish is to share a supportive mentorship program to practitioners who are dedicated to their yoga practice and seeking spiritual growth.
