Join Dav for this intermediate practice where he'll focus on flowing around the mat by challenging the quadriceps (quads) and gluteal (glutes) muscles. Dav will bring awareness to these areas by sequencing challenging transitions and share useful ways to strengthen and lengthen the quads and glutes by static and dynamic methods. This particular practice is a sweaty one so prepare to be tested. Dav's intermediate classes are challenging and require the practitioner to have a good understanding of the yoga practice.
