This practice draws upon multiple different examples of where the body uses 'push' muscles and how you can introduce 'pull' muscle groups into your yoga practice. Pull muscles are often neglected in the yoga movement, so this sequence looks to balance both the push and pull muscle groups as you move around your mat. This practice is ideal for practitioners from all backgrounds, especially advantageous to those just starting yoga.
