Join Dav for this intermediate practice where he'll focus on flowing around the mat by challenging the hips and legs on the progression towards 'pistol squat.' The sequence is moderately paced and challenges the practitioners balance and concentration. Dav will bring awareness to creating stability around the hip joint and ankle by introducing active range movements. Dav's intermediate classes are challenging and require the practitioner to have a good understanding of the yoga practice.
