Join Dav for this intermediate practice where he'll focus on Lotus pose and the knees. Lotus pose is most commonly associated with the yoga practice and in the yoga movement it's vital to perform this postures so that the knees are safe and considered. This sequence will focus on the movement potential of the knees whilst Dav will bring awareness to functionality and application in safely bringing this posture into ones practice. Dav's intermediate classes are challenging and require the practitioner to have a good understanding of the yoga practice.
