Join Dav for this intermediate practice where he'll focus on strengthening the glutes. The name of this class is a play on words between 'glutes' and 'Utkatasana.' Utkatasana is a great pose that awakens the glutes and provides strong stability for the functioning of the hips. Dav will bring awareness to creating stability around the hip joint by introducing active range movements and also adding the addition of props to make that much harder. Dav's intermediate classes are challenging and require the practitioner to have a good understanding of the yoga practice.
