Join Dav for this 'All Levels' practice where he'll focus on the ankles joints of the body. The ankles and feet give us the ability to balance, to stand and for to ambulate with grace. This sequence will focus on the movement potential of the ankle and feet, and bring awareness to the practitioner with useful application of aligning the feet and ankles in yoga asana. This practice is ideal for practitioners from all backgrounds, especially if you're just starting yoga.
