Join Dav for this intermediate practice where he'll focus on flowing around the mat and where possible using the forearms to transition from one pose to the next. This unique class offers something a little different compared to your average vinyasa, a class great to build strength in the arms and abdominals. Dav's intermediate classes are challenging and require the practitioner to have a good understanding of the yoga practice.
