A Week of Reset

During a week-long reset within the wine valleys of the beautiful Greek island, Crete, Davin and Salma will be hosting twice daily yoga classes, meditations, and explorations into the deeper aspects of one’s yoga practice.

The Moksha Method is an approach to yoga on a physical, and mental/emotional level. Moksha being the Sanskrit word for “liberation”, this method in creation is a way to unravel the physical limitations, followed by mental, and emotional blocks.

A psychosomatic approach to understanding your own body for your own body.

Each class on each day will have a group theme. A dynamic morning practice, which will then be supported by a synchronistic meditation and yin class in the evening.

During the week, you’ll have allowances to completely switch off from day-to-day stresses. You’ll have time to reflect on your practice, and enjoy the space that surrounds you.

Within an idyllic setting, sunny weather, and deliciously catered Greek food, allow yourself to be nourished inside and out during this Crete Retreat.
