Join Dav for this intermediate practice where he'll focus on Chaturanga. A flowing practice building on the strength around the shoulder girdle so application for Chaturanga becomes achievable. Chaturanga is one of the most common poses in the yoga movement but by no means easy to perform. Dav will share the necessary prerequisites to bring this posture into ones practice. An ideal practice to build strength and technique for progress towards hand-balancing. Dav's intermediate classes are challenging and require the practitioner to have a good understanding of the yoga practice.
